General Building Maintenance
General building maintenance and repair services include maintenance of building structural members, roofing, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, carpet replacement, general painting, parking lot striping, repairs to doors, windows, building hardware, cabinets, general carpentry work, and issuance of building keys.
Buildings are inspected annually for major roofing repairs, major interior or exterior building painting needs, or other major structural repairs requiring large expenditures and which need to be budgeted.
The program is geared to provide an acceptable level of appearance and utility to preserve and extend the useful life of the building and component parts and finishes.
