Multi-Family Annual Reporting

Alameda County Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) contracts with community organizations to implement our programs. These programs are funded by various grants, which require reporting to ensure ongoing funding to Alameda County.

Annual Compliance Reports

Alameda County Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) has provided Federal, State, and Local development funding to 117+ rent-restricted affordable housing developments. In order to ensure ongoing compliance, HCD requires that annual reports and other documentation be submitted to us through our cloud-based asset management system. If you have questions about this process, please contact us at [email protected].

Multi-Family Mortgage Revenue Bond Compliance Reports

Alameda County HCD issues Multi Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds for affordable housing projects county-wide. For Bond issuances after 2000, CDLAC requires annual reports to be sent in by March 1 each year. If reporting is required for your project(s), you will be contacted by HCD staff no later than January to begin the documentation process. If you have any questions about this process, please contact us at [email protected].
