National organization that supports the arts and culture through private and public resource development.

Business Volunteers for the Arts

Business Volunteers for the Arts® (BVA) is a national program operated by a network of organizations around the country under the leadership and coordination of the Arts & Business Council of Americans for the Arts. Since 1975, thousands of business professionals have helped thousands of nonprofit arts organizations by sharing their expertise and talents on a wide range of consulting projects through BVA.

California Arts Council
The California Arts Council is a state agency governed by an 11-member policy-setting council appointed by the Governor and the Legislature to advance the state through the Arts and creativity. Council members and professional staff have experience and expertise in the Arts, creative industries, education, community development, state and local government, and the nonprofit and for profit sectors.

California Lawyers for the Arts

California Lawyers for the Arts is a nonprofit service organization which provides lawyer referrals, dispute resolution services, educational programs, publications and a resource library to people in the creative arts and arts organizations. Founded in 1974 by lawyers and artists, C.L.A.'s programs and services are designed to help artists understand and apply legal concepts.

National Endowment for the Arts
The National Endowment for the Arts is the largest annual funder of the arts in the United States. An independent federal agency, the National Endowment for the Arts is the official arts organization of the United States government.

National Assembly of State Arts Agencies

The National Assembly of State Arts Agencies (NASAA) is the membership organization that unites, represents and serves the nation's state and jurisdictional arts agencies. Each of the 56 states and jurisdictions has created an agency to support excellence in and access to the arts. NASAA's mission is to strengthen state arts agencies. NASAA represents their individual and collective interests, empowers their work through knowledge, and advances the arts as an essential public benefit.

Western States Arts Federation (WESTAF)

WESTAF, the Western States Arts Federation, is a nonprofit arts service organization dedicated to the creative advancement and preservation of the arts. Based in Denver, Colorado, WESTAF fulfills its mission to strengthen the financial, organizational and policy infrastructure of the arts by providing innovative programs and services to artists and arts organizations in the West and nationwide.
